A sensor is proved only after it has been tested and validated based on relevant national/ international standards. We have a well equipped laboratory to cater to Routine Testing of Temperature Sensors.
We are a ISO 9001:2008 UKAS Certified Company and have knowledge of all relevant testing procedures for all sensors involved in measurement of thermal parameters.

• In House Calibration Facility with Oil and Dry Block Baths for Comparison Calibration Verifications of temperature sensors up to 7000
• LN2 Dewar with ISOTHERMAL Copper Block for Cryogenic Sensor Calibration
• All master sensors are validated from a third party accredited laboratory on a annual basis.

We maintain Relevant National / International Standards of IS , ASTM, IEC & DIN related to Temperature Measurement. Also we have limited availability of MIL SPEC Standards
Metrology Tools such as Vernier Callipers , Micrometers, Thickness Gauges , Thread and Plug Gauges are maintained in our laboratory for dimensional verification of incoming raw materials and in process and final inspection of the manufactured temperature sensors.
We have available in house Meters for Electrical Function testing and Sensor Signal Measurements like :
41/2 Digit and 5 Digit Multimeters
Insulation Resistance Meters with test voltage from 25V to 1000V
Signal Source Calibrators for Thermocouple and RTD Signals.
Data wloggers for Calibration Verification.
